Returns & Refunds Policy (Voltique)

Returns window You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original packaging (where possible).

• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items Gift cards and items marked as final sale (if applicable).

• Item(s) you want to return

• Reason for return (optional)
  We’ll reply with return instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

Damaged or wrong items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are [customer-paid / free] (choose one and delete the other). If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover return shipping.
